This stunning triple-strand necklace of 7.5-8.0 mm pearls is composed of very near-round (AAA) quality pearls. The pearls' surfaces are virtually clean of any imperfections and possess a lovely luster and shine. As black is not a naturally occuring color in freshwater pearls, the pearls are treated with a permanent organic dye to achieve their dark colors. This necklace is composed of 17, 18 and 19-inch nested strands of pearls, double-knotted on silk and finished with a polished 14-karat gold, bar-style clasp.
